    She has worked in media for 30-plus years and currently publishes Gulf Coast Woman and Gulf Coast Weddings magazines; co-hosts the "I See You" show; is managing partner of CWR Digital Gulf Coast; is co-founder of Success Women's Conference, which reaches over 17,000 people at its annual summit; and is president and owner of DWilson & Associates, a publishing and marketing services firm.


    She has been named an SBA Women Business Champion, one of the the Top Most Influential African-Americans in the State of Mississippi; and a Top 10 Woman Business Owner by the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO); she has received the Pat Santucci Spirit of the Coast trophy, One Coast Community Leader award, Mental Health Association Humanitarian of the Year award and the Tom Tandler Lifetime Achievement Award for community service.     She and her husband have two sons, TSgt. James Evan Wilson, United States Air Force; and James Patrick Wilson, math teacher.

    Tiffany Bell is a nonprofit consultant, coach, author, and speaker. She is not only co-director of Success Women’s Conference, but she is also the founder of Uncommon Courage, a platform created to inspire and equip women to find, embrace, and connect with their unique voice and purpose with confidence. As Executive Director of the Women’s Resource Center, she has over 25 years of experience in community outreach and leadership training. Tiffany is on a mission to show young women how to step forward in their power when faced with difficult circumstances.


    Tiffany is also the visionary of “Leading with Uncommon Courage,” an anthology project set for publication in November 2020. She hopes to remind women that Jesus loves them unconditionally and His ability to help women overcome self-limiting mindsets. She also co-authored a book entitled “Unboxed: Inspiring Women to Break Free and Sore,” which aligned with her passion for motivating and inspiring women.


    Coast Observer awarded Tiffany the Tony Santucci Lifetime Achievement Award for her community contributions as Co-Director of Success Women’s Conference (SWC). Success is the largest professional women’s conference in the state of MS. The conference offers a unique experience designed to inspire, empower, connect, and recharge women. Tiffany is especially fond of the Top Influencer Awards presented during the event. The awards are designed to recognize women from all over the nation that demonstrate leadership and commitment to improving the community’s well-being, have a sustained record of accomplishments and contributions, and are mentors or trusted advisors to colleagues and the next generation. SWC most recently won Business of the Year presented by Best of Mississippi Awards for 2020.


    Tiffany is a 2019 Graduate of Leadership Gulf Coast and was recognized three consecutive years in a row as “Top 100 Women to Know” by Gulf Coast Woman Magazine. She was also recently nominated for a One Coast Award presented by the MS Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce. In 2019, she was also nominated by the City of Biloxi as Volunteer of the Year, Kiwanis International Lay Person of the Year, and Pro-Life Woman of the Year by the Pro-Life Women’s Conference. Tiffany is also serving an Honorary Commander for Keesler Air Force 81st Training Wing. As a veteran, she understands that military service members thrive when well connected to the local community.


    She currently serves as on the Board of Trustees for Lighthouse Business and Professional Women, Pro-Life Mississippi, the Biloxi Bay Area Chamber, Kiwanis International, and Leadership Gulf Coast. For several years, she has been a Northwood Church member, where she coaches small group leaders, coordinates volunteers, and service teams. Tiffany has served on the Board of Directors for Keesler Air Force Protestant Women Groups and been a Bible Study leader.


    Her most distinguished accomplishments, though, can be found in the faces of her two children, Brieyon and Brandon. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, Leonidas and Israel. She believes firmly in creating a legacy for her children and grandchildren for years to come.
