She is not only co-director of Success Women’s Conference, but she is also the founder of Uncommon Courage, a platform created to inspire and equip women to find, embrace, and connect with their unique voice and purpose with confidence. As Executive Director of the Women’s Resource Center, she has over 25 years of experience in community outreach and leadership training. Tiffany is on a mission to show young women how to step forward in their power when faced with difficult circumstances.
Tiffany is also the visionary of “Leading with Uncommon Courage,” an anthology project set for publication in November 2020. She hopes to remind women that Jesus loves them unconditionally and His ability to help women overcome self-limiting mindsets. She also co-authored a book entitled “Unboxed: Inspiring Women to Break Free and Sore,” which aligned with her passion for motivating and inspiring women.
Coast Observer awarded Tiffany the Tony Santucci Lifetime Achievement Award for her community contributions as Co-Director of Success Women’s Conference (SWC). Success is the largest professional women’s conference in the state of MS. The conference offers a unique experience designed to inspire, empower, connect, and recharge women. Tiffany is especially fond of the Top Influencer Awards presented during the event. The awards are designed to recognize women from all over the nation that demonstrate leadership and commitment to improving the community’s well-being, have a sustained record of accomplishments and contributions, and are mentors or trusted advisors to colleagues and the next generation. Tiffany is also serving an Honorary Commander for Keesler Air Force 81st Training Wing. As a veteran, she understands that military service members thrive when well connected to the local community.
She currently serves as on the Board of Trustees for Lighthouse Business and Professional Women, Pro-Life Mississippi, the Biloxi Bay Area Chamber, Kiwanis International, and Leadership Gulf Coast. For several years, she has been a Northwood Church member, where she coaches small group leaders, coordinates volunteers, and service teams.
